Colombian espresso coffee from Quebec

38 Colombian espresso coffees from 13 roasters in Quebec.

Colombia is the origin most roasters in Quebec carry: washed coffees from Huila, Nariño, Cauca and Tolima that are sweet, balanced and chocolatey, alongside a growing number of experimental naturals and co-ferments. Two harvests a year mean Colombian coffee is fresh almost all year round.

An espresso roast is developed for pressure brewing: a little darker and more soluble, with the sweetness and body to carry a shot or a flat white. Many are blends built for consistency; some are single origins roasted for espresso. Here is every coffee roasters in Quebec recommend for espresso.
