Buy at Pista ↗Coffee from Aponte, Narino, Colombia, grown by the Cabildo Aponte Indigenous community in collaboration with producer Daiver Mallama. The coffee is cultivated using agroforestry practices. Processing is supervised by Andrés Martínez and includes 48 hours of whole-cherry fermentation, depulping, a second 24-hour fermentation in closed tanks, and drying on raised beds for about 15 days.
