Tarte-Tatin is the medium roast of our Co-Ferment Trio. It is a blend of a Colombian peach co-ferment from Edwin Noreña and a Brazil natural from Eduardo Pereira, with a balance of sweet and pastry flavors and caramelized peach notes. It has plenty of body and a traditional bitter-sweet structure. Roasted for all methods of brewing; tastes great on its own or in milk.
