Colombian light roast coffee from Montreal

17 Colombian light roast coffees from 6 roasters in Montreal.

Colombia is the origin most roasters in Montreal carry: washed coffees from Huila, Nariño, Cauca and Tolima that are sweet, balanced and chocolatey, alongside a growing number of experimental naturals and co-ferments. Two harvests a year mean Colombian coffee is fresh almost all year round.

A light roast stops early, before the second crack, to keep the acidity, florals and fruit of the green coffee. It is the roast style of the specialty movement and the one that shows origin and process most clearly. These are the light and light-medium roasts from roasters in Montreal.
