This Castillo and Caturra lot from Finca Milán undergoes a Culturing Co-Fermented Washed process known as "Logan". Cherries are selectively harvested at peak ripeness and undergo a 72-hour mixed fermentation under restricted oxygen with selected microorganisms, pineapple, blackberry, strawberry, and natural oils. The coffee is then washed and dried to a stable moisture content. Finca Milán is located in Vereda El Hogar, in the municipality of Pereira.
