Cerro Las Ranas Honey coffee beans are meticulously produced by JASAL, a family-owned operation in El Salvador. The beans go through a pulped natural process, where ripe cherries are classified and once processed mucilage-covered beans are taken straight to the patio and elevated tables to be dried. This results in coffee with flavors of black cherry, baked apple, floral notes, marshmallow, and dark chocolate.
