Buy at Pilot Coffee Roasters ↗Monument is by far our most developed blend. It's bold, nostalgic, and full of character without the harsh bitterness that is often attributed to this roast profile. Consider this a sophisticated take on a dark roast. Ideal for those who seek boldness with their morning brew. Add a splash of milk to add a velvety texture to Monument’s deep and rich flavour.
