The usual coffee cherry produces two flat sided seeds(beans). A peaberry is the result when the cherry produces a single small and oval shape bean. This Tanzanian Peaberry is grown on the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro. Bright, pleasing acidity with notes of lemon, pineapple, black currant, coconut, and chocolate.
