Ethiopian organic coffee from Canada

20 Ethiopian organic coffees from 16 roasters in Canada.

Ethiopia is where coffee comes from, and its heirloom varieties from Yirgacheffe, Guji and Sidama give the most floral, citrus and berry-like cups on any menu: jasmine and bergamot in the washed lots, blueberry and strawberry in the naturals. Certified organic coffees are grown without synthetic fertilisers or pesticides, usually on shade-grown smallholder farms, and the certification follows the beans through the roaster. These are the organic coffees from roasters in Canada.
